People challenge – urban sketching

Urban SketchMy friend Kathy said, “you are drawing too many chairs. How about some people?” Okay, challenge accepted. Place: Heine Bros. Coffee (most bitter coffee in Louisville), Scene: People reading and drinking their Sunday morning coffees.

This is called Urban Sketching (http://www.urbansketchers.org). It is all about getting out, seeing and listening to a neighborhood or city sounds.

It is a documentation through an artist’s eyes of “the moment”.
