3 cups of coffee, 3 hours of sketching and bread pudding

Please and Thank YouToday is the last week of Winter break. I want to make it productive, gratifying and creative.

Without a doubt, this sketch at cafe Please & Thank You’s record shop is satisfying (http://www.pleaseandthankyoulouisville.com/welcome/). I had a crowd of onlookers (not for the faint of heart), one purchase offer and a proposition for a trade, down the line. Not a bad day in sketch heaven. Also, I had 3 very good cups of coffee and bread pudding (gift card from my boss).

If there is one thing I would point out to someone curious, is the background. Not too much and not too little, you know there is a city scene happening, but it doesn’t re-direct from the foreground.

3 cups of coffee, 3 hours of sketching and bread pudding. Job well done!
